Working by hand from our aluminum skiff, we disentangle the salmon from our nets and place them in a tote of iced seawater. Our premium salmon are delivered to a local custom processor in Kodiak, where they use the latest technology to fillet, vacuum pack and blast freeze the salmon for freshness and meet sashimi grade quality. We gather our finished product and personally deliver our salmon in the Columbia Gorge areas of Oregon and Washington.
